Worst Petco I have ever visited! Customer Service/Management Department are unable to order products that are readily available at other Petco locations. Make promises to order to no avail!!! I will be sure to spread the word around town!! Please stay away from this location!!!! (Boston Post Road). It does earn a star!!! the site4 does not allow to leave an opinion without adding a star! Great business!

I went to this Petco three times and all the times I was there I had horrible experience , it's small , they're so pricey and the employees can't never be found a manager there has no idea no knowledge about dog food , no one knew what was I talking about I needed someone to help me find the right dog food . It's like come on does Petco hire people from the streets uneducated , and don't they trained them . A girl there she she's nice but doesn't really know much she's always there short and chunky she's nice but she's not very knowledgable . The other times I went in there I just go to buy the treats that only Petco carries , I don't but anything else because its to expensive , thy dont price match and the store smells bad on top of that , grooming looks small and the groomers look clueless as well . Not a good Petco .:(
