Last fall I had Tough Guys blow out my sprinkler system. This spring when I turned the system on it didn't work. Dozens of heads, in different zones, were leaking water (heads fully retracted but water was squirting out) and I couldn't turn them off (neither manually nor electrically). Since Tough Guys were the last ones to touch my system, I called them for assistance. The receptionist told me they no longer service Cheyenne but that she would have someone call me and see if they could help. A week later, having received no call, I called again and spoke to Ridge Pritcher. He had no idea what would allow water to reach so many heads in different zones with no way of turning them off but that he would be willing to come out and take a look. I told him I would first have a local service come out in hopes of saving Ridge a trip from Laramie. The local company was not able to pinpoint the problem so I called Ridge again. He said he would come out the next day and that he would call me in the morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He never called, never came, and won't return my calls. Now I have to figure out what they did last fall that destroyed my system. No integrity and terrible customer service.

I have hired these guys to do all type of lawn care. They have the greatest crew in town. They crew leader communicated with me multiple times to make sure the job was done right. I am so impressed with their efficiency and quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Several times I've seen these guys using the wrong tool for the job. For example, using a straight-shaft trimmer to trim the edges of a lawn. The right tool is a lighter curved-shaft trimmer with which a much better looking job can be done.

My husband and I contacted this company about installing a chain link fence.. We got in touch with him early in April as we didn't want to have the installation occur during his busy season. We set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate on the fence and he was 30 minutes late. He told us he would have an estimate to us within a couple of days. My husband and I waited 2 weeks and still no word from him so we started calling thinking perhaps the email address didn't work. Needless to say that wasn't the case we are now 4 weeks out from our initial contact w/him and still haven't received our estimate. We have tried contacting him numerous times to no avail. We are now going to start contacting fence companies in Cheyenne since we can't seem to receive any kind of response from this company. I hope I never hear another Laramie company complain about consumers going out of town to do business this is a prime example of why we do!!

Tough Guys installed a residential lawn/garden sprinkler system for us. I don't know how our experience could be improved upon; these folks were timely, efficient, used good quality material, and were focused on providing the best designed system for our somewhat challenging mix of lawns, garden plots, and trees. Example; rather than taking the easy way of traversing garden walls (i.e., over the top of them) they hand dug under the walls. We are TOTALLY pleased with the results, and the fair price!

These professionals could not have made me any happier with their work. I called and I received a very fair quote. I had them help me with my lawn care and got all and more than what i asked for. They even took a couple of my lawn bags to the dump for free. I could not have asked for a better job, and for such a fair price. I was able to get a hold of the boss himself and he sends very good men to do the job. Could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone!
