I think the new owner is trying and doing a great job . Ladies who work there are very nice. And have never been scammed. Any problems I have had always taken care with no issues..

I will never go back to Tropitan! They just scammed and cheated me out of $80. I had just renewed my sunclub membership and they charged me 85dollars total on the 9thof this month. I went in today and they told me it was gonna be another$70.00. Come on! Its only been a week. They refuse to give me a refund.they told me when I reset up my membership that I was good for the month! I was lied to and cheated out of my money. If your reading this, go to Sunsational Tanning instead! They are cheaper,cleaner, and way nicer!

The aka peer Tropitan is very disorganized, dirty and unfriendly. They've been "under construction" for over a year now and it looks very sloppy. If you want to buy a one time lotion pack or a tanning sticker you better bring cash because if it costs less than 5 dollars they have to put credit on your account; they "can't" just charge the price. They people at the desk are way less than friendly. After tanning here I'm left with that dirty tanning smell and it just makes you want to shower. I MUCH prefer the Davison Tropitan, they are so much better than this location.
