I’m not the kind of person who likes to call for help, however I called my insurance company for road side assistance for the first time in ten years, because my car broke down on the road leaving work at night, and was matched with Taylor’s Family Car Care for towing. The gentleman showed up before the estimated time, and his experience and advanced knowledge, combined with his extremely friendly attitude, and the very fast work from their very kind Dispatcher, turned my night from an extremely frustrating and stressful situation, to a calm drive home in my own car, as they were able to quickly repair my car to a driveable condition. I am very appreciative and impressed with the service that Taylor’s Family Car Care provided to me, and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We've had work on all 3 of our vehicles done here. Always been happy with the work and pricing.

About six weeks ago I took my truck in to Taylors just to get new tires the oil change and get some new spark plugs just to maintain my truck. Scott came back and told me that the 8th spark plug was missing and that it needed a new cover. well after getting the new plug cover the truck didn't work at all, now the truck needs a new motor .. mind you the truck was running perfectly when I drove it to them and they drove me home in it.. Scott Taylor towed the truck to the Ford dealer, but before he did he remover the repairs he did ...sounds funny to me.!!!
Scott Taylor knows that the engine needs to be replaced at $8500 and I've become the evil step child... see you in court. Got the paper work from my Ford dealer, with no prior engine problems . Very disappointed. .just sound bad !!! Don't it. .. wow . I wonder if this is considered poor values. .in such a honest company. .

You will not find a more dependable trustworthy mechanic than Taylor's. I have now been a loyal client of four years shortly after they opened. I have since recommended anyone I know looking for a mechanic. These guys know what they are doing, and Scott is honest, a quality normally lacking in most mechanics! You try them once and you will go nowhere else either! Thank You Taylor's for your outstanding service to Lapeer!

They are great people and great mechanics that are willing to work with you they are honest as well unlike some of these other shops out to get your money... Taylor's puts their people first and that's what matters to me...I can send my fiance their and she doesn't get sucked into other things just because she is a she... Thanks Taylor's for all the great business and for more to come!!!!
