Our experience with the Sleep Doctor Mattress store in Lapeer, MI has been a very poor one. With both my husband and I being small business owners, we expected much better customer service than what we have received while dealing with a defective mattress. We feel we have been treated as an inconvenience to them. Delivery options are terrible. They deliver on Fridays and Fridays ONLY of which they will call you that morning and give you a 2 hour time frame. It is a huge inconvenience. Not to mention, we have to pay for the delivery when they come to replace our mattress. That was shocking to us! Alas, it is in the contract. In our opinion, the store manager is very haughty and condescending and seems to only care about making a sale. We would not recommend anyone shop at this store.
