I got an engine from Ross.They did an excellent job on every detail.Then I needed a short water pump instead of a long one, I contacted Chris and he was more than gracious in fixing my problem.He said send back my pump and brackets and he would send the right setup for my problem.Very happy with them.

to jimbotheslice I am sorry you had a bad experience. I don't know what block you are talking about or who you are but if you would of brought this to our attention we would of fixed your issue. We do not paint over rust on any engine. We use a thermal cleaning system so I am not sure how this could of happened. We prefer if there is a problem to bring it to our attention so it could be corrected rather than just leaving bad feedback. Our mission is to have all our customers happy with our service. Customer service is number 1

don't waste your money. I paid good money to have my engine cleaned bored and honed and when I got it back (and it was late) they had just painted over all the rust. took me 2 hours to clean the inside alone. this shop is a joke. don't risk your money or your engine.
