Provided by YP.comWent in for a simple oil change on our 98 pick up and they broke the beverage lid in the console. The door was fine when brought in... called and of course denied. The guy had to have pushed on it when he was getting in.
I dislike dishonesty. The guy knows! Lost 2 customers today.
