The City of Lapeer Community Center offers a range of facilities and activities for children, adults and senior citizens. It maintains a swimming pool that offers lap lanes, diving boards, water sprayers, in-water stairs, sound systems and a spectator seating area. The center also offers group fitness classes on pilates, stretching, yoga and kickboxing. Additionally, it maintains a weight fitness area that is equipped with a variety of cardiovascular equipment that includes stationary bicycles, cross-training machines, treadmills and rowing machines.
