We replaced our old kitchen and dining room floors and carpet in our living room, hallway and master bedroom with hardwood from cumberland hardwood floors. They were professional, polite and accommodating every step of the way. The new floors were installed, sanded, stained and finished in no time at all and the custom color goes great with our cabinets. We will be replacing the carpet in the other two bedrooms in the future and we will definitely be working with them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new floors or refinish their current wood floors. Cumberland does excellent work!

I just want to take a few minutes to say how wonderful Cumberland Hardwood Floor's team refinished and installed red oak flooring throughout our home. We are so happy with the results. Jarod and his team did a wonderful job. Jarod's presentation and referrals were "top notch". In fact, we had an issue with the floor, in which we damaged the floor --- we called Jarod at Cumberland Hardwood Floors and within the week, Jarod and his team were at our home and took care of the problem. We are so happy we chose Cumberland Hardwood Floors as our floor refinish and installation of wood floors. In fact we were provide Cumberland Hardwood Floors by our neighbor. Wonderful company. They stand behind their work and a very professional team.

Cumberland Floors and their entire team of experts are amazing! They completely transformed our farmhouse into a place of beauty. Our old carpet and the pressed board that was underneath were removed by Jarrod and his crew, and replaced with a new subfloor to level out our 117 year old home. They created the most stunning rustic hardwood flooring that we love! They focus on every detail from leveling an in level home, matching our old trim with new, installing hardwood furnace vents and cold air returns that are flush with the flooring, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with every step of the process. Great company. Great Staff. Great work. Great quality. Great turnaround timing. Great service...... I guess you could say they are GREAT.

6 years ago I had 60 year old floors refinished. They were under carpet when I bought the house and for the first 25 years I owned it. They turned out beautiful. They just left after a touch up refinish. Good housekeepers, folks that don't have 3 yellow labs or wear their shoes in the house wouldn't have needed this done now. In fact, I just had a bathroom remodel with a carpenter (in boots) coming and going and drywall dust I probably could have waited a couple years. I love oak and want it nice. Would recommend them to anyone. Great job, polite and trustworthy young men are second generation of a family business. They will be back in another six years unless I change my bad habits.

We are absolutely disgusted with the workmanship of this company. There is wood filler seeping up from between the hardwood planks, they left gaps between the flooring and the baseboards, there was debris stuck in the finish, which caused peeling, areas where they MISSED stain, and rough areas that feel like sand paper. We are getting another company to repair the issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. We do not want anyone else to go through this headache. Please, please take your business elsewhere!!

So disappointed in this company. We previously had cumberland do our floors 10 yrs ago. We thought we'd get the same workmanship now, as we did back then. What we ended up with was an awful mess that had to be redone by a different company. They no longer are members of the National Wood Flooring association, so I'm guessing why that is why they no longer adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship.
