Provided by YP.com$400 for rear brakes that still don't work and they have no interest in resolving the issue. Not a good customer service experience. Counter man does not give a damn. I will find a real mechanic to fix their over-priced low quality work.

Provided by YP.comDon't rent a budget truck and drop off at this location. The tall skinny older gray hair man behind the counter was very rude to my husband and I. He even went as far as to call my husband an a$#€£#@! My daughter and son in law just moved to Lansing to go law school. This is the first impression we have of the area. Do not rent or use this shop for any repairs. Very unprofessional . RUDE, the man needs customer service skills

Provided by YPmobileThey treated me like family and didn't charge me for reattaching my heat shield or diagnosing a problem I had a question about. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend.
