Horrible service and quality

While on our honeymoon a diamond fell out of my husband's wedding ring. When we returned they opted to fix it for free. Since then a different diamond has fallen out several more times which they have charged us $80/incident to fix it. The quality of their jewelry is very unacceptable and so is their customer service.
