We created Lansing Urgent Care from a desire to offer you a refreshing solution to an often inefficient, overpriced and stressful healthcare system. Though your primary care physician is always your best first contact for your health needs, primary care physicians are often overburdened which leads to appointment delays at the moment you need care. The emergency room is an over utilized, expensive and stressful place to seek healthcare when you don’t have a true medical emergency. In fact, the cost of care received at the ER is approximately 700% higher than similar care received at an urgent care! We offer a solution. Lansing Urgent Care promises you premier care in an unrivaled urgent care setting. Many medications are available on site for your convenience to eliminate the need to spend additional time and often money at the pharmacy. We have digital X-Ray, rapid lab testing on site, and our average door to door times are under an hour (compared with 3-4 hours at an emergency department). Experience healthcare where we never forget that we’re here to serve you. It’s our pleasure to care for you and your family.

I was able to check in online and was called back at my scheduled time. I was in and out and was even able to get my prescription right there so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy! The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I will defiantly always use Lansing Urgent Care when needed!

I went to this Urgent care a year ago for Bronchitis. The first time they prescribed something that didn't work, so I went back. This time they gave me something that actually helped me get over the bronchitis. So last week, I was bitten by a stray cat that I had been feeding since spring. I accidentally stepped on her paw...and like an idiot I reached out to see if she was okay, and she bit me. The next day, I went into Urgent care and was treated well by the receptionist and nurse, but when the P.A. came in, he wouldn't let me get two words out and explain anything. He told me to go into the hospital for rabies shots and I got a Tetanus shot and he prescribed amoxicillin. I'm 65, disabled and can't afford rabies vaccine...but the cat is under observation (by me) until Thursday and animal control knows. So today the bite is infected. The P.A. was a total jerk to me, and has no bedside manner (or compassion) for his patients. I think I needed either a stronger dose of amoxicillin, or something stronger. Not saying he prescribed something so weak on purpose, but he heard my sister and I call him some (not so nice) names when he stepped out and left the door open a crack. I'll probably go back there in the future, but ONLY if I can see someone besides him! This guy interrupts when you try to explain to him what happened and treats people like c**p! What a jerk. Wish I knew his name to post it, but you'll sure know him if you see him, because I'm sure I'm not the only one he's treated like that!
