Provided by YPmobileExcellent customer service. I have bought 2 vehicles from this place in the last 6 years and I intend on returning when I need another vehicle. I have taken my vehicles there for all maintenance and they have always made sure that it was to my satisfaction.

Provided by YP.comDo Not buy from Kia of Lansing. We recently bought a new 2013 Rio with 30/40mpg. That was the only reason for the purchase. We told them we drive 95% on the highway so we were assured it would be 40mpg or close to it. After 2,000 miles still haven't broke 29mpg. We were told the break in oil (never heard of that in todays vehicles) needs to be changed, we did that and since then still not 1mpg difference. Now the sticker on these cars say 28/36mpg. We bought for one reason only and it doesn't live up to it and they're refuse to do anything. Leaves us to write reviews about them and the product. Go some where else, look at other reviews about them there sales "team" is horrible and uninformed. Only care about money. See how long they last with that attitude. Thanks for nothing.
