I always like to give a new company a chance but they have had my kitchen aide mixer since oct 2015 now it is jan2016 allowed for their move and holidays they will not return my calls willing to pick up and take it some where else. Paid already for the new parts. Just want my mixer back and the curtsey of a return call, michele from stockbridge

had h and m out to repair my oven that i havent been able to use for a year or more because of the cost of repair from other service places but h and m came out and repaired it for half the cost of others and now we will be cooking turkey for thanksgiving this year at home thanks guys great work
