Ever since Dicks’s Appliance Service opened for business in 1980, the amazing results we have achieved for our customers have gained for us a reputation for excellence throughout our service area. Owner Richard Shirely started the business after working for a local appliance repair company for 12 years. Out of a desire to work for himself, Richard went out on his own and started a family business to provide local residents his own personal brand of appliance service. His son, Robert, has been working in the family business for over 25 years and continues to surpass customers’ expectations.

I would highly recommend Dicks Appliance Svc. I needed service on my dryer and called on a Monday afternoon. My dryer was fixed by 10:30am on Wednesday. Ron was prompt and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Dicks for any future appliance repairs.

We had water leak coming from Refrigerator. Technician Rob came at scheduled time and repaired the problem.He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair in reasonable time and cost.

Called Dick's for gas dryer repair. There are 5 of us, including a teenager and a 5 year old, so we needed it fixed fast. They were able to come the day after I called, on a Saturday with no extra charge. Repair was done (new motor) quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call them again!
