Since that time I've had yearly checks of my furnace and a/c and am consistently reminded of how professional each and every person who comes into my home is. Even setting up an appointment is easy either via their online process of by talking to Ashley, their very friendly and reliable office staff person. When my furnace service was completed last winter, Brad Willett called to check up on my satisfaction, not something most companies do. This summer the technician Dillon provided excellent service with a high level of professionalism, to get my broken system a/c up and running again. He found a problem that the company accepted responsibility for (not something under warranty) and the service was provided free of charge. Each and every person I speak to represents the company well and clearly goes all the way to the top (the owner). I will continue to recommend Comfort First to all who need service.

Provided by YP.comThese guys are the real deal! They told us about their best deal guarantee and they certainly gave us the best deal, even after 5 other bids! We love everything about this company and have even hired them to come back to do some electrical repairs and attic insulation. The furnace and air conditioning system completely changed the way our home feels. Almost all the comfort complaints we had about our home are gone! We won't use anyone but them from here on out!!! Top notch work guys!!!!
