GREAT service, I can't stress that enough. Our salesperson was Ryan, and he was incredibly helpful. I like to think I'm well-versed in fireworks, being a self-proclaimed pyro, but Ryan was able to tell me, IN DETAIL, the effects of each product, and helped guide me to the effects I was looking for. And the great thing was that he wasn't just reciting the info on the packaging; he KNEW what he was talking about, and had actually USED all the fireworks I was asking about. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer, and will always ask for Ryan. If I were to really try hard to come up with a complaint, it would be that the selection in-store didn't have every single item I was looking for. But again, it would be a MINOR complaint. GREAT selection, but I tend to be picky. The service I received FAR outweighed the lack of every single item listed in the catalog. By the way, the prices in-store were cheaper than online listed prices, which is a rarity in today's retail world. Overall, I would give this place of busines a GREAT rating, based not only the products offered, but SIGNIFICANTLY influenced by the service Ryan provided.
