At the beginning everything was perfect. Very friendly people and the driver, Kevin, was great. The problem is with the office once you receive your stuff. They lost a pair of bed frames, so the bed is completely useless, they lost a box with a lot of stuff of my living room plus my wedding album and lots of pictures of my children; and two dressers were broken on the bottom. I paid the Full Value Protection, following their recommendation, as Ken Burton said that if any article is lost, destroyed or damaged the goods will be repaired or replaced or they will pay the total value of the replacement. I moved from Michigan to Alabama, so I had all the furniture plus more than 70 boxes. I realized that the bed frame was missing together with a box and the dressers broken like one or two weeks after, once I could finish with the rearrangement of everything. I called the office in Lansing, they asked me to present a claim. I did it and I received not even the value of one thing. I called the office again and made me call the claim office. I did it and the response was that "our inventory listings have been checked off and signed for. There are no exceptions to any missing items or tampering of cartons. Therefore, I must decline responsibility for the missing items".
The day I received the truck, the driver made me sign the papers to certify that the truck came, not that I had revised everything and everything was OK. How can you possible know that all pieces of your furniture and more than 70 boxes were there?
I am writing to the office in Lansing but I did not receive any response yet, after two weeks and three emails. Nobody takes any responsibility. I called them, no call back
