This fall JR NEELY put new eavestroughs and downspouts and new windows on our home. The deal was very reasonably priced. We were never highpressured to buy. The timming of install was a littlte off due to bad weather. Overall we are very happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

JR Neely recently came to my house in Lansing to give me an estimate on roofing. After looking at all the options and thinking about how long we are going to stay here, JR Neely gave us the right roof for our situation and we couldn't be happier. Thank you JR Neely.

I am disappointed in JR Neely. I experienced miscommunication, failure to clean up after the job was done,failure to return numerous phone calls. I paid the total amount upfront. A big mistake. After they had their money, ,there was no customer service.. I would not recommend this company

I was referred to Jr Neely by a neighbor of mine that had his windows replaced last year. I just knew i couldn't afford to replace the windows in my home but taking my neighbors suggestion i decided to get a quote so at least i could budget for them. To my surprise the windows didn't cost nearly as much as i had anticipated. Furthermore they were even able to get me financed regardless of my reluctance to believe they could. My energy bills have dropped almost enough to offset the cost of my monthly payment and i just love the windows. I would recommend Jr Neely to any of my friends and family, they've have done a GREAT job.

Its so hard to find a company to follow thru with what they say or quote. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been promised and ripped off many of times. Jr neely sold me Doors on my house that are great. If you need doors jr neely you wont go wrong. Although they where not the cheapist, but out of 5 estimates I thought they where my best choice and I am so happy I choose them.
