Experience developed from a career as a Police officer, Larrry Pelcher became an admired and respected instructor in the Lansing Police Department. His achievements also include certification from the FBI as a Law enforcement instructor. When the Firearm Concealed Carry act (FCCA) was passed in the state of Illinois on July 9, 2013, Larry decided to create a training academy that would help students qualify for the 16 hours of training required to obtain the Illinois Concealed Carry License. Larry put toghether a team of instructors that all share his passion for teaching Self Defense and firearms training.
