Great shoe repair.put a zipper in pair of boot .They were done perfectly the new zipper matched the old. Reasonable costs and fast service.

I never wrote a review before but feel obligated in this case. The boot was repaired with giant stitches on the outside of it. Completely ruined the shoes and when asked about it, the unskilled repairman yelled at me. He said that it would take a lot of work to fix properly. The shocking part is that he knew how to fix it properly and instead he made the decision to make a quick fix and permanently ruin the boot!! He should have done nothing instead or called me before doing any work. This was very idiotic on his part. Anyway, he refused a refund and made me feel like he was about to punch me. This must be the worst customer service ever. Oh and while I waited, another person complained about completely different zipper colors! Wow. This place needs to be shut down because all they do is damage merchandise, offend customers and charge them for it. Never take any shoes here!!! Based on all the negative reviews, Mike needs to go out business so he learn the importance of customer care the hard way!
