Absolutely, hands down, the VERY BEST guys around! I first had Assurance Repair come out to service my stove because it was overheating (and would not shut off - SCARY) and Alex found the issue along with thoroughly explaining everything, but unfortunately because my stove was very old, they no longer made the part it needed. I also had Alex come out to service my dishwasher on 3 separate issues and each time he quick and very thorough. I think these guys are very professional, kind and hard working. Not only would I recommend, but they will always be the company that I will call to repair/fix my appliances. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking for someone to come and take a look at your appliance(s), these are the guys to call. I'm so thrilled I found them! Thank you Alex!

They fixed my dishwasher and once it broke within the 90 day of the warranty, they stopped servicing my zipcode and are refusing to come and do their part giving bogus reasons or not picking up or returning my calls even though on their website it says it's a 24/7 service.
Would not recommend.

Have hired Assurance to fix my dishwasher and after getting the job done had it break again within a month, but I have gotten a 3 month warranty from them, so I believed that I would be fine, however for the last week I have been trying to get in contact with them to no avail to finally get a voicemail telling me that the warranty does not cover the same exact problem that I hired them initially for. The experience has been less than professional thus far.

I called for my dishwasher. They came out the same day and assured me that they will fix it. They had the part they needed to fix it in there fully stocked truck. Awsome company very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again.

Had an emergency problem with my refrigerator last week. The gentleman from Assurance Appliance came to my home and assured me that he would be able to fix my refrigerator that morning. I received my 10 percent discount for being a first time customer and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I need help. Great company.
