We called them to repair our washer that was making a grinding sound and not spinning. the guy came out and had my GF run a load of wash and when the problem didnt happen he told her to clean some lines or something and charged her $65 and left! never once did he inspect the machine or identify the problem. total waste of time and money. Problem is back and we are out $65 for nothing
