Came over to install a set of tires and balance them.



Published prices where $10 to balance and $14 to install.



I was told because my tires are 235/55-17 they will cost $35 to do the work per tire.



I sad OK, expecting a best possible service for extra cost.



Did not think twice,

after i left the store i looked at my wheels, only to find to my dismay , that my BMW alloy wheels

had balancing weight on outside of the rim.



My old set was balanced with stick on inside the rim weights.



They where ripped out and replaced with ugly outside once.



I called and complained.

I was told it is my fault and i was supposed to tell them that i wanted the inside types.



I asked to fix the problem, in return i got a response that i needed to pay another $20 per tire to balance.



I told them that i will do it, but that will be the list time I am ever there as a customer.



To my disbelief I was told that they are fine with me never showing up ageing.



I got gouged, double charged and got bad service for $250 total for mount and balance,



Never ageing I will show my face at STS at Fairless Hills for anything.
