Been dealing with physical pain for two weeks due to subpar dental work. When I went for my yearly appointment, I was very clearly told multiple times that I had 7 cavities (1st lie). The dentists were completely unprofessional, gossiping about their coworkers and watching tv. The dentist haphazardly used the novocaine needle in my mouth, and it turns out she missed and hit a muscle instead of nerve.



A few days later the pain hadn’t subsided, so I called their emergency number multiple times over the weekend, and didn’t receive a call back for 4 days. When I finally did get in touch, the dentist again being unhelpful just showed me my x-ray and goes “see, told you nothing was wrong.” I then decided to get a second opinion, and my second dentist actually told me that I didn’t have cavities at all, and instead I have nooks in my teeth. He also confirmed that the previous dentist did hit my muscle which has been causing the excruciating pain.

Worst dental experience EVER!!! Take a doctor with zero bed-side manner and have that person clean your teeth. I have never been a person who was scared of the dentist, but after this experience, I now understand why people are. I will never go here again, they are just a dentist in it for the money at the cost of their patients!
