Provided by YP.comCalled to inquire about getting a leaky washer fixed after normal business hours and was surprised to get a live person on the phone instead of just a recording or voice-mail. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly and was able to send somebody out the next day.
I ended up having to cancel the service (turns out my washer wasn't really leaking I just filled it too high and it overflowed the tub) but I was very impressed with the initial level of customer service compared to the other two companies I called (Sears and GE).
