I don't rent from Snipes. Perhaps he only receives rent from people that receive government handouts (i.e., directly to his pocket). I do have a problem with the people that Snipes rents to. I have attached pictures of the filth that I have to tolerate (Think roaches!). It's in the yard at 1699 Springdale (i.e., next to my house). It is being burned by the occupants at 1701 A. Once again, their yard is full of garbage. I have attached photographs of this filth. I left a copy of this complaint at your street address, but I have never received a response. I am going to the county zoning office and launce a complaint. I hope that you will take care of this situation. I will give you 5 work days to take care of it.
