Waited.....no reply ever came

Contacted this company to get quote on an addition to the homestead. A man came out and walked around and took notes but never bothered to send ANY information/bid/quote/feedback within the the period they specified (in fact, nothing EVER came). Funding was secured and we were ready to contract for the work. Now, I wouldn't let this company build for me if they offered to do it for a dime and threw in a 100 year warranty. Poor customer service.
