I am forever grateful for Prosper Mortgage in helping us remove our PMI. Amy was so efficient and pleasant in helping us work with the bank and great at not accepting no as an answer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking! Iwant to socially/ publicly thank you guys for walking beside my husband and I in buying our 2 houses over the past couple years and dealing with homeowner issues. THANKS!!!

With a background in the mortgage industry I shopped heavily for the best interest rate and closing costs on my Jumbo loan, and I wanted to deal with someone local I could trust. The rate they gave me was by far the best around and somehow they even got the net closing costs to just about zero. I could not have been treated more professionally the entire time. I highly recommend Prosper Mortgage Funding to any of my associates - without knowing me from anyone else they gave me a deal I'm not sure I could have given my own Brother when I was doing loans. They are now called Prosper Mortgage Funding.

Now named Prosper Mortgage Funding, these guys rock! They helped my husband and I find a home and got us financing when no one else would at 2.75% fixed! I hear they do refinances too; from the application to settlement they treated us as if we were their most valued customers. I would recommend Prosper Mortgage Funding to anyone!
