I am closing my accounts after over 20 years banking with M&T (under all there names - back to Bank of PA) I waited over 14 minutes after the teller had taken my check at the drive-up window. Then told that because she didn't know the church that the check was drawn on - she needed to deposit the complete check. She was new to the area and didn't know the church. - but I could use my debit card to take money out. Several times I have found the back to be understaffed. I have done this same transaction for the last 15 years.
