Very R-U-D-E cashier. When he saw my return bag, he told me i should look around-2x, not 1 -I have to buy something to make up for a return!?!?
Then, he told me i should not use online shopping, but come into the store.
#1. How many of us women order several sizes sometimes??
Pt #2. What is online shopping for??? WHY do you offer online shopping?
This is the 1st time i have ever ordered anything from Charlotte Russe, and I think it will be my last.

And last, but not least, after he finished the return, he had the audacity to tell me that the cut open online order bag i had brought the 2 skirts back in was mine to keep. I got a 'nice' final impression that he wanted to be rude to me. He doesn't want to throw away my bag for me??

In my shopping experiences, i have never encountered someone like this.

My advice is, if you will never need to return anything, feel free to shop this Charlotte Russe. However, if you may need to do any kind of return, don't even enter this store!
