Installed a 43' x 20' tri-level (8' deep end) with a custom 20' x 8' tanning ledge vinyl pool in 9 days.

What more can I say? Great company top to bottom. They installed our pool so fast we couldn't believe it. Especially considering we threw in a few wrinkles with the design. Jarrod Dodds and his crew (Mike, Gary, Dave, Jimmy, Ryan and of course Papa Dan) are top notch! Polite, hard working and customer focused. Far exceeded our expectations, highly recommend!

What amazing customer service! Kathy has spent hours with me on the phone and in store getting my pool ready. This is my first year with a pool and I am now confident that I can handle it with the help of the staff at The Pool People. The time that the staff spends with each individual customer is amazing. Very supportive and always concerned about spending my money wisely. I would never take my pool business anywhere else (I tried somewhere else and the customer service was poor as was the concern for my wallet).

Dodd's Pool People is not your ideal choice for pool products and service. Their customer service is a joke, excluding one of the ladies at the store, she was pleasant. They dont go out of their way to service or help you, especially Jay. Take your business elsewhere

The Pool People are really good at selling you a product that you will later have no support for from them.

Their lack of customer service is amazing. Good luck trying to get them to support the product they sold you.

Trying to make an appointment for service is quite a chore...whether you call or go in to schedule, good luck having your calls returned or getting a good answer from anybody there.
