I left them a message on multiple occasion to call me back for an estimate. I ended up contacting them, before receiving a call back. On the day of the walk through, they called and had to change times. Then, no one showed up or would return my calls. I will never attempt to use them again.

We had Pipeworks out to do an estimate on some repair work on our sewage lines and were quoted 250 to have the camera run to be able to do the estimate. Without notice or getting approval from us, the homeowners, they proceeded to do additional work and charge us more than double the original 250 we were told only to find out he could not even view the video that he did so he was unable to even give us an estimate to fix it beyond that point. Very very unprofessional if you ask me.
