Kilby construction poured a ~2400 square foot pad in front of our house. I can't recommend them highly enough. Our pour was very technically challenging because we have a set of versalock steps and an eddington block planter in front of the porch that lies about 6 inches below the garage floor that's only a few feet away. Most contractors were telling us that we either needed to install a drain or that we needed to rip out the first step and cover the first two rows of block. Kilby found a way to pour it without a drain, so that the pad meets the garage floor, the steps and block are still in tact, and the pad still drains away from the house! Very professional, showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and came back and scraped off all of the little splashes that got on the block and steps during the pour. All that and they were among the lowest bids for the job. Great company! Don't hesitate to hire them!
