These folks are either dishonest or inept. They sold our daughter a wedding ring, and provided paperwork, citing a value about 10X the actual value. When we had a reputable dealer check out the ring we found that the paperwork was completely false in all aspects of the ring and the actual value was about 1/10 of what was actually paid.

AVOID THEM - They either are dishonest or don't know what they are doing.

Very disappointing ! I have shopped at Dunkin for years. I recently took a diamond ring in to be sized. The girl look at the ring and told me that the store only buys gold from Italy, her tone was my ring was inferior. I told her I needed it sized from a 7 to a 6. She checked size without letting me see. She told me it was a little over 71/2 and it would cost 60 dollars. I didn't feel that was right so I got my ring back and went to 2 other jewelry store the ring was a 7. She tried to rip me off. I will not be shopping at your store anymore. And I will be spreading it around that your store is not to be trusted.
