We had the unfortunate task of burying my daughter. I called 4 funeral homes, and talked to George Barnes of Frank E Smith of Lancaster OH. He was so kind and nice on the phone. When we went in talk, he was just as professional and nice. We couldn't of picked a better funeral home. He was so-so professional, yet kind, caring and understanding to all our needs and kept us informed of everything. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone. Thank you so much during our time of grief.
