We have always had problems with our mobile dishwasher tearing up faucets. He came in and was very professional and attempted to solve the issue. He took the time to figure the issue out and recommended a faucet. The first faucet didn't work but he came back in a timely manner resolved the issue and completed with a hand shake. Nowadays you don't see "old school" ethics.

We had a leak in our hot water heater. called Mr. Strohmeyer and left a message.
The next day, they called back and asked a few questions about the type, size and model number of the heater. Sent a truck out with a heater on board to replace it if necessary. Turns out we did need a new one. Replaced the old one in less than two hours and tested it out. It works great now. Can't ask for better service than that!

I had a gas line leak and this company was on the limited list of accredited ones by Lancaster Gas service. Cr. Strohmeyer put me at the top of his list due to seriousness of the problem. He investigated the pipe and was able to thread the new pipes through the existing ones. This meant I didn't need to have my front lawn dug up to reach the faulty pipe.
I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pains to explain what the options were, how they would be done and made me feel confident of his expertise.
I have already recommended him to friends and have put him on my list of 'best people to call.'
