!Avoid this dealership at all cost!

For perspective, I was looking to buy a $58,000 jeep wrangler.

I would like to start off by saying the two sales associates, Brian Hammond and Marissa, were very helpful.

Unfortunately, the reason for my poor review is the General Sales Manager, Ryan Frasure. I had some concerns with the original offers that were given to me regarding a trade in, as well as fees that were listed on the sale agreement ("Non Tax Fees"). Given the price of the vehicle, full transparency was important.

Ryan was not transparent whatsoever regarding the "non tax fees". When we entered into discussions over my trade value and the value of the vehicle, he became visibly frustrated.

Ultimately the conversation ended with Ryan providing an ultimatum stating that "He should not even be selling the vehicle at the listed price of the website, and if I do not take this offer he will be raising the price the following morning". True to his word, he did do so.
