Provided by YP.comTo start with- Upon taking my truck in for a transmission leak, I noticed that all of the staff were very friendly & willing to listen to me explain the problem. They got my truck right in as scheduled & performed all work that we had discussed needed to be done. And the price they gave me on my estimate- was the same price I was charged once completed. They spoke to me like a person, respectfully. Not like I was some idiot that was a hassle to them ( like many other local garages do ). And most importantly- the work they performed was excellent & fixed the problem right the first time. I would highly recommend ABC Drivetrain for your next vehicle service.

Provided by YP.comTheir quality and workmanship is very poor, the owner is very dishonest, you are charged for parts that are not used. The owner acts like your friend and tells you he can save you some money and not charge you tax, then he rips up your receipt. Now you have no proof he worked on "screwed-up" your vehicle. And when the problem reappears "and it will" he dosen't have time to work on your vehicle. Also there is no warranty with no receipt.
I appreciate the response and the opportunity to find out why someone is not satisfied with any work from our shop. Number one, I can never recall ever charging for parts that were not used, in my 30 years of business. Number 2, I can never recall not taking care of any customer's needs, whether we worked on the customer's vehicle previously or not. I can not recall not giving a receipt, but if that did happen, I can promise that we have a copy of the repair order on any vehicle that has ever been through the door of this shop, and I can show that to anyone that wants to see it. I have never refused anyone to check their vehicle as long as it is scheduled.
