I adopted a kitten from VHS years ago. He became sick the moment I brought him home. When I called they asked me to bring him in, and when I did they said they had no vet on site that day and pretty much shrugged me off. He passed away days later and not only were they unwilling to take any responsibility for the vet bills, they wouldn't even call me back after leaving multiple messages. Go elsewhere.
