If I could give a -star I would. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter 4 days ahead of time and because I didn't call to confirm, the appointment was cancelled. When I called to find out why, the OWNER yelled at me saying this is how they do business and when I said I wouldn't be rescheduling and hung up, she called back and left a nasty message. Then had the audacity to call back and say she had a cancellation, and tried to apologize for being rude.
