I bought something, and was told by the owner I could return it if it didn't work out. I tried to return it the next day, and the owner refused to help me move it in, and then after I questioned as to why he wouldn't help me, he said I couldn't return it at all. Then he got real nasty towards me.

Before I left, I told him I would spread the word on how poorly he treated me, and he said "it doesn't matter because the store has been here 30 years - so I guess in his mind the customer doesn't count.

So -Like I said - I'm spreading the word. Buyer beware of Ross Furniture on West Ave K across from Target.
