We have used Allstar plumbing for years, and no problems. So quite a surprise when we called about a non-urgent yard plumbling job on July 5, 2010 and were quoted a price for a lot of work that would be done the next day. We went to work and left Allstar to proceed with job. When job was done I argued that the job was not completed as told to my husband - he would not have agreed to $1,286.00 for the little work that was done - I was told that he had been told that only this little amount of work was scheduled. So I paid the plumber, as was the right thing to do. Never again. We called the office and talked to the manager - very rude. Would not visit job, or look at pictures. Told us that we would receive a $100.00 refund ( should be more) but never received. We will always get a second price and will never use Allstar plumbing again. All digging done by my husband. Would you pay $1,286.00 for a PC pipe replacement and shut off valve?
