Provided by SuperpagesThis is an awesome facility. I cannot believe I waited so long to join. Ladies First has a caring staff, great instructors and phenomenal amenities. I am overjoyed that I can finally feel comfortable sweating and losing weight without spectators judging my looks and clothes. I encourage everyone to try this facility before they commit to any other gym. You won't want to leave.
