By far the best customer service I have had in any kind of sporting goods shop, they didn't try to sell me anything I didnt need, measured me correctly, and spent so much time with me even though there is only two of them and they where very busy. This is a great small owner operated business and I will continue to shop there even though I live quite a distance now.

Great shop owners are very nice and know what they sell. Gave me straight pricing on everything and didn't try to oversell me. also stayed 30 minutes after closing just to answer my questions and was happy to do so. i would highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in archery. fair prices and nice people.

I love going there. John and Terry always help when I need anything. I'm still new so i always keep them laughing. It's good fun.

John helped us out on a project and was professional and experienced.

Extremely rude, John the owner wants to charge $100 as a penalty for not purchasing a bow from him if you already have one or if you bought it somewhere else, to help with your bow. Even though I was buying at least $200 worth of accessories from him, he insisted on the penalty charge.. I think that is crazy, I strongly suggest going to Bass Pro Shops, they never charge any type of penalty and are happy to provide excellent service. I would never go to HW Archery again for anything, John chose to lose hundreds of dollars in sales over a ridiculous penalty for getting the bow from somewhere else.... and actually it was a gift so, I had no choice where it was purchased, but now I am glad it wasn't purchased from him!!!.
