horrible. they took over a week to clean my queen size, cotton comforter. when i got it back, it was shredded, 2" slices all over it, and the gray color is now pink. they refused to give me a refund, had the seamstress fix the cuts (which had to be sent out), that took 2 weeks, then they refused to clean again. i didnt know who or where the seamstress was...will NEVER go back!
