Provided by YP.comI took my trailer for a service to get it ready for summer use it picked it up and paid over $200 for it. Went camping the week I picked it up and when I went to turn my generator on it started to make a ticking noise I haven't heard before so I shut it off and called Tracy to see why it was making it, he told me not to run it and to take it back to him once we got back. Took it back to the shop and they said they would fix it, so I thought after a week of being there we went and picked up and at pick up Tracy says the charge is $160 on top of the $250 I had already paid and then he tell me there was something else they replaced so that was extra as well I was never told they were replacing something I could have done myself. I took my trailer home and started up the generator and guess what problem was still there turns out the noise was never fixed and he said he didn't know that's what I wanted fixed so I paid $160 for a valve replacement instead of what the actual problem was
