KSR was assigned to us by our warranty company so we were unsure about what to expect. We couldn't have been more pleased by the help and pleasant attitude of office and field folks. Our a/c quit in middle of heat wave so they had lots of people needing help. They fit us in and fixed us up in no time flat!! We are happy customers.

KSR Air Conditioning and Heating are rhe best. They have so much knowledge and I have so much admiration for them.. Kyle came out today and did a wonderful job.. I would recommend nobody else but KSR.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TROPHY!!!
She lies makes excuses and lies again.
Said my appointment was between 12 and 5. Said they would call after the Kingsland job. Didn't happen.
I took off work to be there. I was there at 11:50, checked my phone to find a message saying they were there waiting at 11:42 and gone when I arrived. She said she and her husband called me several times. She lied, phone records don't. She said, "Well, I don't control their schedule!" Oh really? Isn't that your job? Then she shouted something and hung up on me.
I gave one star because you can't give zero!
