There is something wrong with your scale. It is over by at least 10 lbs. Also, the woman receptionist maybe just maybe should get her hearing checked. She asked someone on the phone, two other patients, and me to repeat what we said. And not just once. Just saying. I know my ears aren't what they used to be. Other then that it was an okay visit.
