Been a valued customer for while now, enjoyed there food while it lasted until we had a fall out of them ordering the wrong which was not a big mistake, mind you, the pizza seemed to depreciate over time in quality and service. So went to owner to get a replacement order that he knew about and said no problem come in well take care of it, and, well pretty when we walked in the store he was very unprofessional about the situation, and even accused us of not paying the full amount of our previous order which was a month prior. And we did not even know About it. And was willing to pay for it again when it did not even happen in the first place as far as I was concerned we were friendly known customers and well established at this point. So I will never Step foot again in that place ever again after the way he talked to my girl and I with no respect. My girl went off on him but in a firm way and not immature at all but also putting this guy in his place. But let me tell u...after both my girl and I had our fare say in this he sure backed down real quick which was funny since he was so convinced he knew it all and never once just said hey last time u didn't pay for everything in a professional way then we would have said really I'm so sorry let me pay for that. Instead he came at us horribly, never witnessed the worst customer service EVER till now. So that being said there is no such thing as integrity and customer service at the Lakewood pizza pizzaz.I will take my money elsewhere from know on hopefully this helps any pizza connoisseur in the future good luck and thank you.
